WEXTOR may be used freely for educational and non-commercial uses, given proper citation of WEXTOR and its authors in all generated Web experiments and in any publications and other products resulting from these Web experiments. Under these terms, you may freely use the HTML- and Javascript-code generated by WEXTOR for your own experiment without requesting permission from us. Any use of WEXTOR that would be considered unethical according to the APA code of ethics is not allowed.

You acknowledge that WEXTOR may establish general practices and limits concerning use and storage, including the maximum number of times you may access your personal WEXTOR account and the maximum number of experimental designs that may be generated. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.

WEXTOR reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service or any part thereof with or without notice.

You agree that we have no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any experimental design or other content maintained by WEXTOR.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of WEXTOR is created at your own risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
